Foster Youth Shadow Day

Hi! My name is Jasmine, and I had the great opportunity to shadow Asm. McCarty yesterday for California Youth Connection (CYC)'s "Foster Youth Shadow Day."

I believe that I can draw from my experience as a former foster care youth to create #FosterPower and #FosterStability for the young people behind me. All young people need stable, love-filled lives, and I am grateful to learn more about the legislative process that can help make that a reality.
