Join me for a free Financial Aid Workshop on Tuesday, February 8th

California Colleges Graphic

Did you know California financial aid covers families that make up approximately $191,000 a year? The deadline to apply for state financial aid is March 2nd. I invite you to join me this coming Tuesday, February 8, on CaliforniaColleges.edu, for a 1-hour virtual workshop on free financial aid tools available to students and their families. CaliforniaColleges.edu is the state’s official college and career planning website. During the workshop, you will learn about:

  • Student-friendly, easy-to-navigate lessons on what financial aid is, what options are available, how to apply for aid, and how to choose the right financial aid offer.
  • An interactive tool that provides step-by-step guidance on how to launch, complete, and submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or California Dream Act Application (CADAA).
  • Tools that parents and schools can use to help make sure students have completed the financial aid lessons and submitted their FAFSA or CADAA applications.

You can register for the virtual workshop today using the link below. I look forward to seeing you there!
