Women's Empowerment Named 2017 Nonprofit of the Year

District 7's 2017 Nonprofit of the Year is Women's Empowerment for directly contributing to the eradication of homelessness in Sacramento. I was proud to recognize Lisa Culp, Executive Director, and the countless volunteers who make this program a success.
