Assemblymember McCarty Names CLBC Scholarship Recipients

I’m proud to announce the recipients of the 2017 California Legislative Black Caucus Scholarship! Our office received applications from numerous qualified students, but I look forward to hearing great things from those who were selected from my district. Our recipients this year are:
